Lacto-fermentation

Our soil has been farmed organically for decades.  Free of any use of chemicals means it is richer of microbes which contributes to the quality of our fermented products.  We use our own organically grown vegetables and other certified organic ingredients and our recipes are versatile to match well with different foods. They are effective probiotics and add to our good health as well as flavor and color to each dish.

We use traditional methods of lacto- fermentation which result in a highly nutritious food containing good bacteria (lactobacillus) for a healthy digestion. Our fermented products have not been sterilized or pasteurized and should be stored in a refrigerator at 0-4°C.
